help

I am very sick have no friends and family and no network, no church. I have been to doctors and yet they do not listen and will not help me by finding out what is going on. i am only 30 and about to lose everything. I believe in God and I need his help. where is the true Body of Christ? if you can help in any way please contact me. thank you, naomi
